Privacy policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This policy explains what the DuctTicket app ("the app") does with your information. In short: the app keeps your information on your own phone and does not send it to us or to any server.
What the app stores on your phone
To let you build orders, the app stores the following in its own private storage on your device:
- Your name, email address and phone number (your profile).
- The companies, contacts, projects and shops you enter, including names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses.
- Your orders: the pieces, sizes, options, notes, location tags and delivery and purchase order details.
- Settings and your saved location tags.
This information stays on your device. Other apps cannot read the app's private storage. We do not have access to it.
What leaves your phone
Only what you choose to send. When you submit an order, the app makes a PDF and opens your own email app (or your phone's share menu) with that PDF attached. You choose to send it, and it goes from your email account to the shop address you set up. The app itself does not send your orders anywhere.
What we do not do
- We do not collect, sell or share your personal information.
- We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics.
- The app does not ask for access to your contacts, camera, microphone, location or photos.
Permissions
The app asks only for the basic internet permission that every Android app has. It does not request any permission that shows a prompt.
Deleting your information
You can delete individual orders, projects and companies inside the app, or remove everything by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage in your phone's settings. Because we hold no copy, there is nothing for us to delete on our side. Emails you have already sent stay in your email account and with their recipients.
Problem reports and feedback
If you choose to send a problem report or feedback, it is an email that you write and send yourself. It may include technical details such as the app version and your phone model if you choose to include them. We use it only to fix problems and improve the app.
Children
The app is intended for people who work in the construction and sheet metal trades. It is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If the app ever changes in a way that affects your privacy (for example, if orders were ever stored on a server), we will update this page and the app before the change takes effect.
